  • We have an in-depth understanding of the hormonal changes that occur during peri and post-menopause as this is a time that pelvic floor issues may arise.

    Physiotherapy has been shown to be helpful with pelvic floor conditions that are associated these changes such as leaking and urgency. As well as changes to the vulva which are associated with decreased estrogen such as pain with intimacy.

  • We provide home visits for our pregnant and postnatal clients.

    We understand that particularly in the newly postpartum period it can be really difficult to leave the house.

    We want all women to receive excellent healthcare and for that reason we provide care in the home.
